We start with a phone call to learn what you would like to have done and confirm that the project is within our scope of work.
We review photos of the areas you would like completed so we can better understand the scope of work. Depending on the project, an in-person consultation may be the easiest approach. We will meet with you, discuss what you like, and take photos of the property.
We provide an initial idea of the cost so you have a realistic budget to work from. In most cases, we can also outline the materials, tools, and labor likely to be needed to complete the project.
If you would like to proceed after reviewing the initial budget, we visit the property to take measurements and provide a more accurate estimate of the costs and materials involved. We then submit a detailed quote for your review.
Once the quote is approved, we schedule the job. We typically aim to begin within 7–10 days of the estimate, depending on weather, material availability, and our current schedule.
Most jobs are paid as each agreed-upon phase is completed or when the full project is finished, depending on the scope of work.
