Paver pricing is based on square footage, the location of the pad, and the type of prep work required. There is a 100 square foot minimum and a minimum labor charge of $2,500 for any paver project. Most jobs range from $30 to $40 per square foot depending on the paver type.
Most drainage pricing is based off linear footage of pipe laid. I have a 50 ft minimum. My minimum labor price on any drainage job is $1,800.
My cleanouts are typically at an hourly rate of $90 per man hour. I typically have 3 guys on site. A 5-hour minimum is required Most jobs we take on are 1-day jobs at minimum. Once on regular schedule. My quarterly cleanouts are $90 per man hour and 2 hours minimum on site.
